Outside the museum.

Carrie, me, and Julie waiting for our turn into the museum.

The detail is so intricate on their art works.

This statue reminded me of all the times I wish as a teacher and mom that I had more hands!

I learned that the dragon is actually a combination of a lot of other animals. I remember the body is like a snake.

Like all the buildings in Shanghai, this one is tall. This is a picture of the stairs inside. The architects in China make the buildings interesting as well as functional. Open spaces in the center seems a common interesting factor.

After the museum, we went out to supper with the students from ECNU that were spending the day with us. We ate curry. I ate what I could of the breaded pork and left all the "yummy" sauce that everyone ate like a soup.

At the end of the evening we had to take the Metro back to campus. This map shows how extensive the subway system is in Shanghai.
